About the role
As an employee with us, you represent Hornbach and are a role model in terms of engagement, drive, and customer service. We are now looking for a sales associate for our hardware/tools and electrical department.
Your main tasks will primarily consist of sales and advising customers. Thanks to your product knowledge and sales skills, you ensure that the customer can complete their project.
Examples of common tasks
- Active sales of the product range within hardware, tools, and especially electrical
- Opportunities to be inspired, learn from colleagues, and exchange solid knowledge and experience within the product area
- Responsible for incoming goods and displays, as well as for renovations and rebuilds in the department
- Analyze the department's product presentation
- Assist in other departments as needed
Your profile
- High school education or equivalent and experience in retail
- Experience in hardware and tools is a plus
- Good knowledge from previous work experience/or education in electrical is a requirement
- Passionate about providing our customers with the best possible service
- Through professional advice on our wide product range, help realize the customer's projects
- As a person, you are stress-resistant, flexible, and solution-oriented
- It is an advantage if you have a forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4)

Working hours/Duration: Seasonal employment, temporary. Part-time 30 hours/week. Scheduled working hours day, evening, and every other weekend.
Salary: Salary according to collective agreement.
